LONDON WEEKEND PICK: Slide On The Terrace
It’s safe to say the majority of the Capital’s outdoor soirees this summer have been a damp wash out, but this little shindig - running from 2pm until 2am - looks set to be a scorcher in more ways than one. Having welcomed Dimitri Yerasimos (aka Dimitri From Paris) in early June, the long-serving Slide promoters return to the decent outdoor terrace of the Brixton Clubhouse, with the A Love From Outer Space crew in tow. Uprooting and making the trek south from their usual dwelling in Stoke Newington, Outer Space founders and residents Sean Johnston and Andrew Weatherall will be joined by Slide regulars, Eskimo Twins. Lastly for anyone still yet to check Andrew’s recent ‘Masterpiece’ mix, we once again, suggest you address this unfortunate oversight with a degree of urgency. Jane Jenkins
